I am so happy to have you here, checking out our bakery! Being a native to the Gulf Coast, I hope to share with you my love and adoration of delicious desserts. Having been able to get a classic french culinary education, and spend 4 years working in the San Francisco Area culinary scene, my goal is to provide you with mouth-watering, French inspired desserts, and custom cakes for every occasion. I graduated from the International Culinary Center in San Jose, Ca in 2013, during which I worked for the Wente Vineyards Restaurant on both their dessert and kitchen line.
After graduation I spent time working for a wide range of both San Francisco and San Jose staples and start ups. My best experience came from working for Jen's Cakes, the Next Great Baker Season 3 Third Place Winner; Fairycakes, a Silicon Valley Cupcake Foodtruck; Wholefoods; and Kara's Cupcakes, a prominent San Francisco Boutique Cupcakery.
